YOUTH THEATRE IN ENGLISH AND GERMAN

SHOWS ON TOUR SEASON 2026-27

Introductory Note from Tom Corradini

The shows I produce have a unique style characterized by strong physicality, offering a distinctive visual and emotional experience for students.

What makes us different from other companies staging shows in English?

  • All our shows are original works and not simple adaptations of classic pieces. In the spirit of transparency and to maintain an archive of my works, almost all are available on Amazon (with the exception of two titles that will be available shortly);
  • These are not shows written specifically for students learning English or German as a second language, but universal works that are also performed for native-speaking audiences. For example, BREXIT has been performed multiple times in Great Britain.
  • Several of these shows have participated in major international festivals, such as Avignon Off and Brighton Fringe, and have been reviewed by the international press.
  • Unlike other artists, I have always wanted to bring my shows not only to theaters but also directly to schools, making theater accessible to an even wider audience of students.
  • They are aimed primarily at upper secondary schools and the teenagers.
  • Since I personally perform in many of these shows and am often engaged abroad (China, India, Germany, France, Great Britain, etc.), we typically schedule throughout the academic year. If you are a teacher at a school, the best approach is to email me indicating which show interests you.

Questions and Answers

What does it mean that these are not shows written exclusively for students learning English or German as a second language?

What makes my production “atypical” is my commitment to both evening theatre for adults and youth theatre. The staging, which finds its main dramatic strength in physicality, makes my shows easily adaptable to different languages. Some titles, such as Virginie, Red Olivia and Mister Jackpot, for example, exist in both Italian and English versions. Brexit and Mister Jackpot have been performed in Great Britain several times. Since 2024 we have also staged our shows in Austria and Germany.

Are the shows exclusively in English?

No. From the 2026–27 season, NOODLES (面条) is available — the first bilingual English-Chinese theatre show for secondary schools. No prior knowledge of Chinese is required. The show is suitable for all secondary school students, not only those studying Chinese.

Where do you stage your shows?

We have performed in Vietnam, South Korea, France, Great Britain, Australia, Pakistan, Germany, Austria… in short, if you can get there by train, plane or car, we’ll be there. For schools we work primarily in Italy, France and Germany.

Can we book two shows on the same day?

Yes, it is possible to perform two shows on the same day. Contact us to check availability based on the schedule.
