The play “Mister Jackpot” tells the story of a man who, after an accident and after losing his girlfriend, begins playing slot machines and loses everything. I think the activity is very meaningful because it touches on topics such as gambling and addiction. It made me reflect on risk and personal choices. I really liked the actor because he was able to engage and involve the audience throughout the play. While I was watching the play, I felt sadness and compassion because I know there are people in the world who suffer from addictions that are very difficult to treat. I recommend “Mister Jackpot” to anyone who appreciates plays that make you reflect on life’s problems.
