The story talks about a man with an honest life which one day on his way home hits a biker without noticing and when he goes back home he gets to know the situation. Immersed in desperation, he finds gambling and this starts his addiction to slot machines. He gradually loses everything and he remains alone. I think Mister Jackpot is a weak person and at first he has to fight an issue; that’s why he gets into another reality which gives him a lot of dopamine. I can understand his situation and I feel sorry for him; in my view it isn’t his fault, because when you are addicted it’s very difficult to get out. I personally would recommend it because it’s a play that can make you discover and understand addictions with a funny and ironic script, so it would be very useful to new generations.
